Father's Day Card

Hello, everyone. Thank you for stopping by to take a look at this super easy Father's Day card. I was looking at my Designer Series paper and realized I have very little masculine paper. I found this great black and white design from Golden Honey Specialty Designer Series Paper (2020 Sale-A-Bration), so black and white it is.

Supplies needed:

Basic Black 8-1/2" X 11" Cardstock [121045] Whisper White 8-1/2" X 11" Cardstock [100730] Golden Honey Specialty Designer Series Paper [152311]

Thoughtful Blooms Photopolymer Stamp Set (English) [152290] A Good Man Cling Stamp Set [149270] Stitched Shapes Dies(retired) [145372]

Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad [132708] Stampin' Dimensionals [104430] Big Shot(retired) [113439]

Project Recipe:

1. Cut a card base out of basic black card stock 8 1/2" x 5 1/2". Score at 4 1/4". The fold will be at the top.
2. Cut 2 Golden Honey Specialty paper mats at 5 1/4" x 4". Adhere one to the inside of the card and one to the front of your card using snail adhesive.
3. Using black card stock cut 2 of the second to the largest stitched circles (2 1/2").
   Cut one, 5 1/2" by 2" piece of black card stock for the inside of your card and one, 5 1/4 x 1 1/4" piece for the front of your card.
4. Center the 5 1/2" x 2" piece of card stock and adhere using snail adhesive to the inside of your card.
5. Adhere the 5 1/4" x 1 1/4" piece of black card stock to the front of your card about 1/2" from the bottom of the DSP piece.
6. Using WW card stock cut one- 2nd to the largest stitched circle (2 1/2"), two- 2nd to the smallest stitched circles (2").
   Then cut one- 5" x 1" piece of WW card stock.
7. On the largest circle stamp the sentiment from A Good man using Memento black ink. Then stamp one heart on either side of the sentiment using the heart from the same stamp set.
   Adhere the sentiment to the inside of your card, centering it to the black mat.
8. Now stamp the man with the boy on his shoulder onto one of the ww stitched circles and stamp the man holding the little girl onto the other stitched circle. Using black Memento ink.
   Next adhere these images to the black stitched circles.
9. On the 5"x 1" stamp the chain from the Thoughtful Booms stamp set across the middle of the paper. I went all the way across but it is not necessary as the two circles will cover up the right side.
   Next stamp the You're the Best sentiment from A Good Man below the chain about 1/2" from the left side of the paper.
   Adhere each stamped WW stitched circles to the large black stitched circles.
   Adhere the 5" x 1" WW stamped piece to the front of the card layering it onto the black 5 1/4" x 1 1/4" piece.
10. Next ahere the circle with the man holding the girl onto the front of your card using snail adhesive. It should be about a 1/4" inch from the bottom of your card and about 1/8" from the right side of the card.
    Use 2 dimensionals and place them on the left side of the other circle and adhere to the front of your card about 1" from the bottom of the card and 1 1/2" from the right side of the card.
